Laptop for good Performance

I am going to buy a laptop for good performance. Its like an investment, I mean it must last a bit longer, 4-5 years atleast.

I have shortlisted two of Lenovo. Although budget is ~40K. But I can stretch out in some exceptional case like of Lenovo Ideapad Z510 (59-387061) Laptop (4th Gen Ci5/ 4GB/ 1TB/ Win8/ 2GB Graph) if it is really worth to do so.

Lenovo Ideapad S510p (59-411351) Laptop (4th Gen Ci3/ 8GB/ 1TB/ Win8.1/ 2GB Graph)

Primary objective : Some Designing in CAD softwares / Ocassional gaming of PES and rest for student usage.

Lenovo support in India is said to be quite horrible. So check about that!

Okay, I will go with HP then. HP has also good in number of support centers they have.
What I also dislike these days in Laptop makers is that, they aren't giving multi touchpad. No Scrolling options in most of them :/
