PAY CHANNEL RATES IN NON CAS AREAS

It means as a DTH user we should get the packages 1/2 the rates or if we require on ala carte it should be given 1/2 the rate........
 
Boss this is patheticI am a user in North Indian Region.I calculated the price of list which includes channels from Tata Sky North Indian Super Saver Pack + ESPN+STAR+Star Cricket+Neo +Neo Cricket+Ten sports + Life Style Gold + And the other South indin channels which I am getting with it.The total was an eye opener 802.29 INREven they charged for 9xM INR 7.Hell!!!!! :@ These corporate guys are sucking a common man's pocket.
 
I hope government comes with 1 channel 1 ruppe format as what they did in BSNL........:hysterical:
