looks pretty sleek. However one can get x800 for 1.5k's more :tongue:
 
I was under impression that Xolo brand had intel chips in them ..but this has mediatek one.
Also ..512mb ram?! C'mon already ..make 1gb the standard.

I think 6,999Rs is the MRP. The actual retail price will be much lower.
 
1GB and Quad-Core standard, under 7k is only in Chinese mobiles right now :tongue:

Lava has made a joke of Xolo branding. Loads of ARM based devices are being sold under the XOLO branding.
 
they have even degraded X800 though from their 1st launch, coming with a inferior chip now, to reduce the prices.
What was Intel expecting from the Indian Lava, any different :P
 
They could have reserved the xolo branding for their chip based devices! It's not like Lava doesn't sell phones under other brandings!
 
Considering how poorly they are/were selling, they wouldn't have spent almost anything on marketing etc.And I don't see how having a separate model line for a specific range of processors makes any difference. No other company follows this practice.
