Legalities surrounding wireless internet access in India

Ummm, i think admin asked question for end user... and u answered based on rules for ISPs.. so i was just clarifying that.

Well... it kind of is. Your ISP probably transfers this obligation to you in it's contract.

Such obligation can not be transferred... what is meant to be followed by them has to be followed by them...because it is their responsiblity... 80% of internet users still wudnt be knowing how to secure wireless lan.
