The LEGO Group announced today that Disney XD has acquired LEGO Star Wars: Droid Tales for airing later this year. The animated content series consists of five 22-minute episodes that re-tell the Star Wars saga in chronological order from Star Wars: Episode I The Phantom Menace up through Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi. Disney XD is also currently home to the animated hit series “Star Wars Rebels.”
