Lemme give you a reply on their behalf.

"We have forwarded your query to the concerned team and will get back to you on this. Please hang on!" :-P

Specs on flipkart are saying that this will not have 3G on 900 MHz. So it will not work on Idea 3G network in Delhi.

LTE on 800 MHz is also not supported. So it will not work on Reliance Jio LTE in cities like Mumbai where Jio bought 800 MHz spectrum in last auction. Though TD-LTE 2300 MHz is supported.
There are very very very few devices that support INDIAN 800MHz 4G, which is band 18.. Lenovo A7000 supports 800MHz 4G on band 20, which is used in Europe and NOT IN INDIA.. So Lenovo A7000 can NEVER be used for RJio's 4G on 800MHz.. But it will support International roaming on 4G networks in Europe..

There are very very less network operators (ONE OR TWO ONLY AFAIK) in the whole world till 2015, that are using Band 18 (800MHz) 4G LTE (third may be RJio or RCom).. So equipment and devices supporting band 18 4G LTE on 800MHz is very very rare... It must NOT be confused with (I was very much confused with this earlier) widely used in Europe Band 20 LTE on 800MHz..
From Flipkart

Operating Freq GSM - 850, 900, 1800, 1900; UMTS - 2100; 4G LTE (FDD): Bands 1/3/7, LTE (TDD): Bands 38/39/40/41
Chut!yakart always shows incomplete infos in Phone Specs... Even they said Lenovo A7000 doesn't support 900MHz 3G. But Lenovo website said otherwise..
I am yet to come across an Android handset under Rs 10000 that supports both 900 MHz 3G and 800 MHz LTE.
Lenovo A7000 supports 900MHz 3G and 800MHz 4G on band 20 (usable in Europe - NOT in india)..
