When u can be education minister without studies - why does India need higher studies anyway?

When Cabinet Ministers are uneducated (Smriti Irani, Uma Bharti, Niranjan Jyoti etc), do you expect Govt to spend on education?

Its better to keep society uneducated. So ignorant people will vote for incompetent corrupt politicians based on religion, caste and trivial matters. Mandir yahin baneyenge, Beef Ban, Alcohol Ban, Hindu raaj.
