Idiots first release Kitkat for LG G2. Beautiful hardware held back by poor software update support.
Actually Indian users are on lowest priority list at LG software update schedule. My G2 is still on 4.2.2 since 6 months and so far only 1 minor update revision was released in that time frame. Hard to recommend LG to anyone.
But the phone rocks anyway.

True. Got it a while back. Only one update of 70mb or so. Heard kitkat will roll out march end for Ind g2 users

There are some rumors on XDA that Indian G2 will NEVER see KitKat update. That is taking things too far but if LG does that, I won't be surprised.
I would also assume that Indian LG G Pro 2 will never go beyond Kitkat too.

Also LG GPro2 and other coming flagship devices will be ridiculously priced in indian when they launch
But why no update for Indian users? How hard is that to roll out an update? I mean i personally at least know 5-6 people who own G2. There are prolly thousands in Ind overall.
