Gsmarena throws up HTC touch/type phones from 2008 using the pro keyword. Though Android perspective, I think xperia pro is first

Xperia x10 mini pro was released in Jun 2010, still before droid pro - Though disqualifies, if you stick to "blackberry designed android phones" as the criteriathough in this case Motorola's own Charm entered into foray in July 2010
