No idea. UI was updated in v4. It's still not pretty but much better than before.

I hope they have some GUI like Office 2010. I have serached for theme with UI like OFFICE 2010 but could not find one and also XP theme for Lubuntu. May you help me ?

WPS Office for Linux is coming up with a rip off of the Ribbon theme that MS uses.

Though they have revamped the icon set and brought some UI improvement, it still has Windows 2000 look.

Ya, not that it is too bad. But you need to get used to it. Btw I was under the impression that it will come only with 14.04.
