Limit the speed of one of the user in WA3002G4

Hi, I am using WA3002G4 modem. 2 systems are connected. I don't use a password, I switch on the modem when required and use it. When I and my brother use it concurrently, my connection slows down. My QUESTION is that, is there any way to Limit the speed of one of the user in WA3002G4? Help me guys...

I have not used this modem but i dont think it would support this feature..which requires bandwidth per port or per IP address control..which is a feature in routers with advanced firmware..
