limited or no connectivity

i just changed my modem from wan mini port to bridge conn. following some steps in some forum,& i got rid of error 676hone line is busy.but now i get limited or no connectivity error message on quick tray in lan conn.why it is so?how can i get rid of this?pls help.

I have seen some modems disable DHCP mode when we switch to bridge mode from PPPoE. You can specify a manual IP address for your LAN adapter. BTW, this problem will not affect your broadband connectivity.
