well there is a big question here. if the data is indeed removed, people targeting them would have no proof of copyright infringement. so they cannot really let that happen. the servers containing the data is evidence in the lawsuit. US courts would have to ensure that the data is not lost.

this is gonna be really interesting. i doubt the fbi can seize the hdd's belonging to 3rd party data centers as evidence. but if they don't the data center guys will remove the data due to non payment of dues. haha
