Linksys Modem Set Up

hi I have just bought a Linksys adsl modem am 300 i wanted to know how to set up the same for usage on mtnl broadband also the disc along with the product does not support vista which i have loaded on my laptop. are there any seperate drivers which can be downloaded to use the same thanks

the Screen shots my not be the same as your modem probably has NonMTNL Firmware loaded,but the values in the doc will help you sent up any modem including your model

If you are using Ethernet port in your computer , no drivers required.
( drivers are for connecting to USB port ).

for mtnl VPI VCi is 0_32 dns use 208.67.220.220 and 208.67.222.222
For always on select PPP/PPPoE ( not bridged ) in WAN page.

If the setup CD does not work on Vista, even then nothing is lost as you can access the setup page and manually configure the modem. Would like to add these settingsVPI = 0VCI = 32PVC = PVC0Connection should be PPPoE/pppoAUsername is your Tel No.& your password is your CA number (found on your Tel bill) The username & paswd mentioned above is for use after u get to the settings DNS settings are given aboveHappy surfing
