Start Menu > Software Sources > PPAs > Add a new PPA.

Terminal:
sudo add-apt-repository *insert ppa*
sudo apt-get update

How to install Softwares in Linux Mint without Terminal using Software Sources:

1. Open Software Sources.
2. Click Add a new PPA. Example: ppa:qbittorrent-team/qbittorrent-stable
3. Click Update the cache.
4. Select added PPA and click Open PPA
5. Select what you want to install. Example: qbittorrent
6. Click Install.
7. Done. Search for installed software in Start Menu.

Open Computer > Edit > Preferences > Behavior > Executable Text Files > Select "Run executable text files when they are opened"

Step 2:
Open Properties of *file executable as program* > Permissions > Execute: Select "Allow executing file as program"
