Why dont they give Local call 1 Paise per min to all the service providers. why only BSNL

once BSNL had flat rate irrespective of operator.But the private operators never implemented any flat rate.so BSNL too turned to same way.

For 1p/min to BSNL they are charging 120 per month. BOGUS plan.

I think the 1p/min plan is the best of the lot. even if you call like 10-15 mins/day average. you would get your money's worth.

U see all the bonus recharges that other private operators give. BSNL is far cheap...

even for Rs. 120, u people in Maharashtra gets cheap.Here in Gujarat BSNL charging Rs. 270, that's Rs. 9 per day for the 1p/Min in BSNL's own network plan.
