BSNL offers an unlimited 3G plan. If the network's good, maybe you can opt for that.

Well, nothing but Airtel serves here xD that too no ftth. So I was considering Airtel broadband that caps speed at 512Kbps or maybe just use my Airtel 4g sim and use that (Airtel still has that offer when u recharge for 1k, u get unlimited times of 1gb 3/4g a year for 50 something rupees right?) if this still exists, I might as well go for that too, cuz Airtel 4g serves well enough on mobile, gotta try on pc

• Tikona (wireless, so may not be feasible)

I also had only 2 Mbps around a year back in DLF, but airtel upgraded. Try asking them f2f in your local Airtel store.

I did play on that 2 Mbps (BF3, MW3, BO2 etc) on PS3 for 2 years without any ping related problems.

Jio sim, not much hope left, I tried getting one.
I opted for that 8mbps connection from airtel, we'll see how that goes

after haggling a lot and sending written complaints, airtel guys decided to show up, and connected the entire system in less than half an hour(they already had wires to this building, just didnt wanna do the job peacefully i guess) .
Ping is great, 22ms this afternoon, and speeds show up as 7.8 to 8.x Mbps. Working well.

TIL Jharsa has 8mbps support on Airtel. Sector 31 is stuck on 4mbps.
