Looking for a new ISP in DLF Phase 3, Gurgaon

I am looking to move from Tikona (absolutely pissed off with them) to a new ISP, key would be PING since I am going to use it mainly for my playstation on weeekends & during the weekdays for downloads, so here's what I'm looking at:
Speed - 4 - 10 MBPS
Data Usage - at least 50 GB
PING - less than 30 ms
Price - less than 2000 per month
I've read some stuff on Nextra & really liked their plans; however, when I did some additional research I saw PING times over 200 ms!
I could really use some help from you guys!! Anyone who uses a PS3 for online that can advise would be great too!!

I use Airtel on DLF Phase 1. Pings are fine for online gaming.
