Yes, took a few weeks of complaining and follow ups and it finally works..

Any idea why you had to complain to get the IPv6 connectivity working while it should've been automatic?

Well they didn't know what was wrong with it so they raised a docket for my issue as it was not in their hands. It took multiple complaints in order to make them highlight my issue so that someone who knows how it actually works can take a look

As usual BSNL making customers jump hoops for everything. At least you got what you wanted at the end!
