yup. looking for a good model option. recently bought one on @Nishant's recommendation. checking if that is still the best phone to get today in this segment.

If only calls & stuff, then low cost Android like Celkon AK35 woul do, a relative is using it as basic phone + whatsapp extensively

so i am considering getting the Nokia 225. giving it to dad. and taking his old nokia feature phone. i would have to deal with some curses but it should be fine.

I am looking for a feature phone (non-touch preferred) with WiFi and Whatsapp facility for my dad... Even E52 is difficult / confusing to handle for him... Dual SIM is OK to have and 3G NOT a necessity...

Till now, I have NOT found a single phone satisfying these conditions...

Nokia Asha 210 - Full phone specifications
Only this phone seems to have WiFi and non-touch interface. Its dual SIM without 3G
It has hotkey for WiFi and WhatsApp!
This phone is just made for @kanagadeepan requirement

I hope its still available and MS has not discontinued it.
