Low snr margin

hey guyzmy snr margin keeps dropping. The line has been changed 2 times already now but still nothing. it keeps fluctuating also. Down UpSNR Margin (dB) 19.6 29.4modem is 400bxi I asked for a modem replacement but the service guy was giving me a 2nd hand and a scratched piece which was in complete bad shape in return for mine as good as new modem so I did not get it replaced yet.

Your snr stats are alright, do have any problem with your connection like frequent disconnections or low speed?

heyI used to get torrent speeds of avg 62 KB/sec but now days its around 50-55KB/sec for 2 to 3 months.....
