Low torrent speed but good speed in other downloads in SITI broadband

Hello..
I have siti broadband with 30mbps plan..I am facing a problem of having max speed of 10kbps in torrent files(with good seeds) but on normal downloads i am having speeds above 3.5 mbps..
Does anyone know how do i solve this torrent download problem..
??
My isp quoted that he cannot do anything to torrent problems...My friends with different isps download same files with much high speeds..so can u please help me..
 
Check if your torrent client shows any issues, you can do it by a simple test:

If ISP says it cannot give speed in Torrent then nothing to do. Switch to any other operator available at your location. I use Alliance and it gives full speed in torrents as well.
 
@Ranger Off the topic here : But what are the plan charges for 30 Mbps and Fup limit ( if any) ?
Local Siti LCO is offering me few options , wanted to compare
