Making Credit Card payment through Paytm

Apparently you can't use Paytm balance to pay credit card bills. I received a cashback and tried to pay credit card bill using it but there was no option to use PayTM balance.

Cred app is better. Decent rewards.

Edit: 256-bit encryption is used for transactions.
