I used TIKONA for 3 months and still regretting it. I have used 4-5 ISP's all over india and it certainly worst possible ISP.
I took 2Mbps plan but internet was hardly active all the time. I could never skype on it because of constant disruptions. I stopped using it after 1 month despite paying for 3 months. SUpport is pathetic. BUT believe me all this is not the worst part.
They will recharge your account without letting u know. or worst even if you tell them not to. Then they will threaten legal action if u dont pay your unnecessary bill. Customer care is pathetic. Their automated system will promise you to call in 48 Hrs but never call back . No email support. To top it all they charge 1500 Closure charges :O. You cannot close connection without getting mentally harassed. its been 6 months after closing connection but I am still harassed. I hope NO ONE even goes through that.
Note: I wrote this because yesterday also I go t another bill despite closing connection long back (I have confirmation). I spoke to lot of guys and nobody gave me good feedback about them.
