First bus experience... didn't like it much. It wasn't a luxury bus, nor did it have A/C (although for the price I paid it bloody well should have been both of those things... ah well, never mind).

When you didn't like the internet service, you started Hayai.
Now that you find the bus service was poor VFM, perhaps you are thinking of getting into that business as well. :)

Haha, not likely. I think it was just in my desperation that I let myself get ripped off by the roadside agent. On Makemytrip the A'bad -> Jaipur fare would have been like 850 in an A/C sleeper and this guy charged me 900 for non-AC sleeper to Udaipur only sooooo... yeah. My bad. That whole thing about the train in Ahmedabad was my own stupidity actually.

But in a way it was also lucky, because I had a wonderful morning in Udaipur and I really really like that place. I look forward to visiting it again, you know, on purpose.

Yes, shirts are ready. I will post the ones to everyone in Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore and Pune when I return to Mumbai. People who are meeting me in Jaipur/NCR can collect one at the meeting.

Yeah... in I could have stayed back in A'bad and flown out but I probably would have spent the same money (flight price difference + hotel) and wouldn't have seen Udaipur.
