Iam trying to negotiate a free 8 Gb or 16 Gb additional free storage from a ebay retailer listing ID # 330863058339 for Micromax A110 superfone HD canvas @11500 free courier too ..Let us see..Most of them quoting A110 between 12k-13k.

Have you used any coupon, there's a ICICI/HDFC Coupon for 5% off, max Rs.500
Also as i stated earlier, the normal price is somewhere under 10K.

I am typing this using my mmx a50. Its a cheap phone (4700 rupees). But does the job for me. I have tapatalk, whatsapp, twitter, three different web browsers. Can use it as a modem. To connect to internet on my friends laptop when I am at his home. I use icici app. I use use it to test android apps at my office sometimes. It can run monkeytalk automation scripts. Whenever I am on Mumbai I use the smartsher app to know which local train is at what time on what platform # so that I dont have to go to the enquiry counter. I can use google maps to know the distance between places and accordingly see is the autowala is not asking for more money. I also use the indiarailinfo.com website to know where my train is right now, if it is delayed or right on time when I am onboard the train. I use bookmyshow to book movie tickets. I can share images and stuff etc using share. Emails. News alerts.But wait a min... any smart phone can do that... TRUE. But then this phone is below 5k range.Initially when I bought it I was not sure if it will work well enough so I had kept a dumb Nokia 100 phone priced at 1700 rupees, this phone ensures that I never loose battery backup. So a combination of these two phones with a cumulative price 6400 not only falls in my budget but does the job quite well. No wonder mmx is selling good!

I should add that even though the price is 9.8k, the shopkeeper told me that its selling like hotcakes and he only has stock on another 250 pieces. After that, even he's out of stock. Apparently micromax has underestimated the demand and all the shops are now facing stock issues.

I was planning to go for this model but now since micromax has announced another phablet convas HD and even samsung has unveiled another dual core tab for 13k, Iam holding back, Would probably purchase new gadget once this month ends.
