read the statement below TO:also btw. this web app had a major privacy flaw when it was launched. they had to take it down. it is back online again now i hear.

didn't work perfectly for me. australia : message delivered two hours late, singapore : message delivered on time, india : messages delivered around 2.00 am, U.K.- 90% of messages delivered at 2.00 am IST rest at 00.00 GMT, canada : one and half hour early , US : 90% of messages at midnight rest at 2.00 am IST.
