I've missed a CC payment on 16th Oct and paid it on 20th Oct.
I totally forgot about the due date and now i have to pay almost 700 INR as late payment charges for a amount due of just 750 INR spent:(.
Apart from the late fees i'm very much worried about my CIBIL score get affected due to this.
Should i contact the bank (ICICI) to not report this issue with CIBIL?
Do they really help me on this one?
This is my first MISSED late payment in my CREDIT history
Any suggestions?

I think you can change billing dates of your CC. Drop an email to set you billing date as 1 of every month (or whateveryou want). They will change the date. Once all cards have the same bill date, you won't forget the date, especially if it is the 1st of every month.

@royalroy I have 3 CC's from ICICI and all have 3 different billing dates. Once the bill got generated i always schedule NEFT one day before due date. As i said earlier due to personal issues i totally forgot it

Yup. I've being paying my ICICI CC bills via UPI since a long time. Pretty good and reflects instantly in the account.

The VPA is usually ccpay.full_card_number@icici

Acc to rbi cc cant levy late fees for payment within 3 days of due date. This was done back then for cheque clearance window.

Yeah that's what I said. Change the billing dates to one day. So, you don't need to remember 3 different dates.
