Missed Call Alerts not coming on Reliance Jio

why MISSED CALL ALRT OF NON JIO NUMBER DONT COME ON JIO SIM. I OBSERVING SAME SINCE PAST 3 MONRHS??ONLY JIO NUMBERS MCA GOT..OTHER OPERATOR DONT COME ANY ONE KNOW HOW TO SOLVE THIS??

@spsp92 have you contacted Jio about this?? This MCA feature originates from the network and depends on it.

yes i contacted them...but no resultion

They have intentionally stopped it for other networks to stop outgoing call to them. As it makes jio pay iuc when user call no after getting the alert.
