Missed calls from +919448355447 <- who is this?

I am using my SIM in the Data Card, so I cannot receive calls from my Computer. Although the product has feature to receive calls via computer Mic, but it never works for me.Whenever the calls comes, the BSNL Software gives alerts and I can hear the ring on my Headphones. It also disconnects my Connection!! grrrrrI keep getting many missed calls from this number - +919448355447 I tried calling this number from my other Mobile, but the call doesn't connect.Is this BSNL Promotional Call service? or any other important BSNL Server which wants to reach me to tell me something important related to my BSNL SIM Card?

I don't trust in BSNL Helpline which does not have trained staff. My friends in this forum are of better help.

use "incoming call barring" feature when u r using that sim for internet surfing.u can also use "call divert" but it will cost u for incoming calls.

Most mobile phones show a diverted call incoming with a special symbol. So, those diverted calls can be recognised and avoid taking those calls.

yes...but i think its network dependent. when i divert call from dolphin to vodafone ..symbol doesnt come.but when i divert from landline to vodafone...symbol comes!!now dont know who to blame here!
