Missed Calls from Pakistan Scam

Got a miss call from 00 232 21101024 this evening! Never bothered to call back

I may be wrong but I think this trend is with operators like airtel , vodafone etc .. i am on reliance and * touchwood * till date i have not received any of these scam international calls !!

this has to be the strangest call i ever received. later i realized that i have a cousin who is based in europe. but last time i checked he was in denmark and not baja, hungary!

i did not pick it up. so no clue who was on the other end. :smiley-cool06:

I got a message from +92 number yesterday, I didn't reply thinking that yeah obviously a scam!! Later came to know it was my friend

These days these guys keep ringing .. dont disconnect after few rings .. Im on international roaming ..so I dont pick up ..next time they call .. I will pick up and see what they say .

Someone in my company received a call from an Indian number and he said that the person is charged with some IPC sections and he needs to talk to lawyer and all. The surprising part is the person was referring to this guy as JANAAB and his home as NIWAS which is usually not used in India i guess. Most probably a call from Pakistan or something with some sort of call routing through India to get India numbers to be displayed to the call receiving parties.
