Missing EPG on Zee Dish TV DTH

most channels including History channel is missing EPG, since more than a week now.
I am sick of complaining, and complaining, I assume/think NBA has given Zee Dish TV liberty to harass customers.
even when they charge premium amount for 3rd rate quality every other thing is problematic, and loads of options to exploit customers to put more money.

Some Senior lawyer I know was saying he would talk to other seniors and submit a P.I.L. to ask Satellite T.V. Operators to provide free service for Antenna Adjustment etc etc cause they are charging premium subscription amount and still charging separately for such basic service, Whats the use of service if you can't even fix your paid customers dish so he can utilize the services which are paid for.
You don't pay Repair Charges of Land-line Phone lines
You are not required to pay Line fault repairing charges in BSNL/MTNL etc cause providing services till the customer premises
is your duty for the service charged.
You don't pay for Broadband repair if its cable is broken in your apartment,
You don't pay for Repair of 3G Tower repairs if its not working.
so on what Basis these satellite operators are allowed to exploit customer with hidden expenses which should be covered already in paid subscription amount.
However he also told he might add a point that If the operators are worried about getting false request everyday, 1 or 2 such services should be included for FREE with each time subscription is paid for.

In my person opinion I am very happy with above understanding and explanation of subscription but don't know when the above would come up realistically so back to topic.
I hope this is not start of "Paid EPG ERA"
Its only In India where you keep on draining money on Internet and Sat. T.V. still you don't get enough and peaceful usage.
In Punjabi we call it : syapa mukda hi nahin Dish TV da.

I'm Fed up with this. EPGs are not disblayed for most of the channels. You are true. But, look Tata Sky, they display schedule EPG even for DD channels and FTA/DD Direct channels. DishTV needs to look upon this issue. I hate channels having no EPG.
And sometimes, EPG displays something like 'Movie' instead of the name of the Movie.

thats what my point was, Dish Takes 460 per month and yet you are so very frustrated is not good.
Anyway I've been approached by local cable guy and he would be giving a HD BOX soon for 1 month test run, so I might drop dish HD as it fails to give good feeling even after spending more than Rs.5500 on it annually.

DD direct doesnt provide EPGs so the same applies to dish tv(as it shares DD+ channels) and it advertised upscaled HD channels as Tru HD channels until it was brought to notice.

Tata Sky do provide the same DD Direct+ channels with EPG. I'm sure about this. The Software section of DishTV is BAD.

Dish and DD+ dths are in same satellite so dish tv is sharing the channels of DD+ platforms.

Guys, please check now. EPG is available on all channels now except for the DD DTH channels.
Moreover, DD DTH does not provide EPG, hence Dish TV cannot provide the same too since we receive the signals from DD DTH satellite. And secondly, Tata Sky does not provide the channels from DD DTH satellite and host them directly on their satellite, hence they can provide signals.
