Do you know that some of the Operators charge amount to speak with Customer Care?I am aware of these, which I am using:Idea(Prepaid)/Bangalore - Rs.0.50 per 3 minutesAirtel(Prepaid)/Bangalore - Rs.0.50 per 3 minutesTata Docomo(Prepaid)/Bangalore - No chargePlease add details of other operators/plan/region to this thread, and create awareness among the forum users.Does anyone know, why Mobile Providers are taking such "cheap" steps? Are they using this amount to give Salary Hikes to Customer Care Operators? Or is there anything else bothering them... like... upcoming Mobile Number Portability (whats the latest on MNP?)
