Its a mediatek device. horrible software support. would not recommend tbh. there'll be little to no custom roms after 1 year when it'll inevitably start lagging and official support ends
it has just gone on sale? someone i know bought it few days ago. struggling to find case and glass for it locally. finally ordered online for him. he was able to get it for 8500 in fact. though i suppose smaller battery makes it a crappier purchase compared to motoe4 plus.
