Moto G4 play stuck in bootloop

Just received this phone.

It didn't even start once, if i put on charging only seeing flashing screen of moto,

its been given as gift from my uncle who is bases in US, will the warranty of US work in India ? or is there any sollution ?

i have tried re booting in recovery mode it din't work either just stuck on flashing screen.

not charging either, since as soon charger is connected it starts to flash. Seal was un opened and its brand new but from US.

Maybe a deeply discharged battery. Keep it for charging for a long time (for an hour or more). And don't fiddle with it when this is happening.

No, you won't get warranty here.

i don't think even Apple iPhone has global warranty today.

Hmm. In that case the only option is to go to a Lenovo ASC. They should be able to fix it but will charge you for it.

Afaik, no phones come with global warranty.

^ lenovo service centers are crap. Im predicting it right now, lenovo people will say motherboard has to be changed and will charge 5k~8k

Lol it has battery in it, just got to know once I saw unboxing video that battery is there under the box, plus Lenovo has added a small tape like string inside the back cover which made me think it didn't have a romoval battery and my existing phones including Moto g 1st gen have non removal battery

Ok so phone booted fine, screen on time is probably 5hrs plus not tested fully it can easily last for 2 days not sure why it has so good standby time compared to my Nexus 5x
