Moving files to sd card in Moto G 3 ?

Hello friends,
Recently i got moto g 3 and as it has micro sd card support i thought it would be better that i move my music file to sd card.
But surprisingly its not moving i tried es file explorer and file manager by chetah mobile but same issue.
It just shows task failed.
One more thing i noticed that while downloading any file from uc browser it doesnt save to sd card it saves to device memory only.
The memory card that i am using is of transcend 2 bg and its class 4 memory card.

Lollipop has some new permissions related thingy wrt writing files to sdcard. Some file managers like Solid Explorer will give you on-screen instructions on how to go about it.

i tried this app and got instruction to grant access after that same error failed :/

Check the SDCard for errors in that case i.e. pop it into a card reader and connect it to a PC and then do a 'Check the disk for errors'.

@Nishant Thanks buddy Problem solved.
Checked for disk error and got the message of no write permission.
Solved the write permission in sd card and now am able to move files via es file explorer.
