MTNL 1 Mbps or Reliance 1 Mbps?

i meant if you had the connection before july

and when you took the connection and paid the installation charges,if at that time they didn't have any FUP then they cannot change their services after they sold to you it as unlimited

don't talk to them normally,they will push you.houl at them and they will straighten up.

also if they still don't listen,you can ask for a full refund on the installation as it is their fault

we aren't doing business here,its a home service so they should come to you if you have any problems.

How many times have you read on the forum of people ringing up MTNL and they get only promises or excuses & nothing more, in my case since I have met most the officials for my area (& they know what a persistent pest I can be ) so when I ring them up I get my job done. Also I rarely have to ring up 1504 as I directly ring up the person concerned at the exchange. Since I am at Prabhadevi exchange they cant give me the excuse of 'Everything is ok at this exchange problem must be at Prabhadevi'

yeah but when you are comparing to reliance,it is actually a bad thing that you need to know the person to get the work done,otherwise you can't

that is everywhere,if you know the local office then your work gets done quickly but some companies even get the work done fast if you don't know the official

Now that Hathway has capped the 1 mbps unlimited plan to 40 gb, I'm looking to switch to another ISP. So far I've only found these 2 ISPs which haven't applied the fair usage policy.

Which one do you guys think should I go with? Reliance or MTNL? I'm looking for stability and at least 90% of the promised speed.
dunno abt reliance...mtnl is decent in terms of speed.

This page here says even 1Mbps plan has 30 G limit and not a 40G one
