i can download 50 GB in 4-5 days,if i want too :|

so its truly unlimitedi am going to buy it tomorrow but still i am unable to believe its completely unlimited.just few hours back i called up at their call center they also assured me its completely unlimited.the 4500 plan is like 3MB plan with unlimited download which no broadband service provider is giving as of now.

Truly unlimited...!!
But you get 839 GB free data credit added to your account...After you consume that 839 you have to call their call center and ask for extra....!!
But you might wanna check your speeds in your area...!! :)

Mtnl has better 3G in gurgaon than in Delhi :P

I used this connection at two different places in Gurgaon. In long term I observed max speeds. At first place it is 2.9 Mbps and 1.45 Mbps at second place.

Personal experience!!

Shitloads of dummy connections today. Does MTNL even have someone monitoring the servers? It connects, but no actual internet.

Recharged my account again with Rs. 4500, now tension free for the next 6 months. :DAnd yeah my internet connection actually got connected on the 4th attempt, the first 3 were connected to the 'dummy' server. I see it happens a lot with me since I shifted to Google DNS, can it be related to that?

My UMG1831 finally gave up :( That too at 7th month of purchase (i had warranty for first six months)Any datacard suggestion? i guess a low end reliable card will do even if it is 3.6 or 7.2 MBps.. dont wanna spend too much
