MTNL 3G Jadoo Experiences and Issues

Yeah for me too...even today.disconnects after every 20mb.guess it has become a constant.I've gone almost 2 days without any downloads and its frustrating!But ur right,we're not the only ones with this problem.I also found some guy who tweeted about this same problem happening with him 3 days back.But taking 15 days to become stable is too a long time.I don't think i can wait that long.Lets hope its by today cause its a monday.
 
Hmm..Strange i'm having Disconnections issues too... -_-But it's not bothering me much...use ReConnect(google it)..And you should be fine..

Since when are u having them?are they consistent?Because even though not very bothersome, some downloads which are not resume supported in IDM have to be started over again when it disconnects, and thats when it gets troublesome.However i can just leave it alone when downloading via torrents as it reconnects automatically and starts from where it stopped as the dial up software i use has an automatic reconnect option on link failure so i don't think reconnect is necessary.But it will be better if I get stable and uninterrupted downloads.So still waiting...

i am already with reconnect but as yognic said that if you are downloading something via native browser or say even IDM you would need to resume the download...

looks like everyone is getting them after the up-gradation/server down time on 1st december. hope it resolves soon...

some at mtnl customer CARE are just reluctant to take complaints:Syoginc where are you located... me and volcano is in pune...just making sure whether its mtnl or bsnl ka issue

I'm from the dadar/shivaji park area in Mumbai. On veer savarkar marg.So yeah..its an mtnl issue...:)
 
oh okiess...i am speaking to customer care and when i said this is been happening from 01st december they say they havent received any other complaints for the disconnection issue they say:S!!!!could you give me your complaint number? so i could pass it on to the guy i am speaking and say this one also has the same issue.
 
It's still not fixed for me. It's almost a week now and I have no clue where to get this resolved from? Should I try MTNL support or local BSNL support? I'm getting pathetic 20+ kbps in the same place where I used to get over 2.5 mbps all time. Wish I had not recharged it with 2500 if I had forseen this problem somehow.I'm happy with disconnection issues if it works at hspa speeds. This is no way acceptable as I'm not even getting umts speeds nor gprs one :(

buddy have you tried moving out to some other area and check??? bsnl won't assist you directly as you are an MTNL customer. you will need to raise complaint with MTNL
 
I tried today and indeed there is some problem. Youtube HD videos stop streaming midway.Good that I got rid of the data card. Can't wait to finish off my prepaid balance to port to a more stable and reliable network.
