What i have observed is > Max speed during connection is close to 3MBPS > RECEIVING SPEED is 2.56MBPS & ACTUAL DOWNLOAD SPEED is 10% of this RECEIVING SPEED. So what ever the location the RECEIVING SPEED is what 1 should look at !
