see this is the error i am on MTNL 3g from yesterday evening around 5pm till now no luck with MTNL. anyone from able to connect Mumbai MTNL 3g and anyone connected mtnl 3g via bsnl network please let me know whether they are working on your side or not...

lol....bro, it dsn't matter whether u have any balance or not in ur phone...if u have any 3G data pack activated on your MTNL SIM then it'll work.. & if not working then there is some other issue..
