mtnl 590NU: download speed reduced help wanted

i kno i can get max 256 kbps. but my normal average download speed on used to be between 21-24 kbps. sometimes it would download at 26kbps as well. but now my speed is drastically reduced.

then, try some connection settings manager. i would recomm. TZ connection booster. just have a look whether u have all the proper settings as it suggests!
