I am not facing any issue of pings being blocked. will ask any one who's facing such issue. Why don't you complain it to MTNL

Haha, complain to MTNL for this issue?I dont want them to mess up with my stable connection. They will think its my line problem and try to solve it or reduce my speed etc.I cant take such risk. My IP range is 59.182 and friend's 59.181... what is ur range?May be they are doing it stage by stage/exchange by exchage?
