Good question maybe they get dedicated bandwidth which is apart from what we consumers use in that case it could reduce the load on the backbone which we use. Of course this is conjecture on my part Could some one clarify on this ?

Yes this is coming , wonder the 2mbps on sundays was a stress test

i have not seen any changes in speed on sundays, they are same for me. i am on unlimited 749. i usually get 5xxkpbs download and 300kbps upload.
