MTNL Broadband: Configuring Static IP between router and PC

Hi, I have a D-Link 502T ADSL modem and Netgear Router WGR614 v9. Currently I am using dynamically assigned IP address to connect my mobile phone and laptop. Could some one direct me how to assign specific IP address for laptop and mobile so that if anyone gets connected to my PC does not get and IP address dynamically. Thanks,Toyota
