Hello friends, I have downstream of 2050kbps showing in my my modem but I m getting only 120KBps downloading speed instead of 230KBps.Can you tell me what is problem?
when i had 2 mbps i got around 190-200 kbps...check download from dedicated web servers ..try downloading small size software from microsoft website n check transfer rate
I am on the 1 mbps plan, my speed has also decreased today to 512 kbps. Downstream has reduced from 1152 to 576 and upstream from 1024 to 512, called 1504 they told me to email [email protected], have emailed them hope they will restore the speed soon.
