MTNL Broadband: Net not working

Hi guys Really terrible this morning my new connection which was started before 2days are down today when i call 1504 they told server was down from Kandivali to Bhayandar but afterwards they said its up. I complain on 198 if its same as sify then i will fool to take mtnl

Sorry guys, i have changed CA password & not put in router page that's why i was not able to surf net i admire it was my mistake & i blamed mtnl.
