MTNL Broadband : Problem

As you must be aware that there are four lights in the new modem (non wifi)..power, usb, ADSL, Internet. The adsl light is stable but the internet light has been off for a past couple of days! I am not able to use my internet! What could be the problem?

Try to re-insert usrname/pwd in the router....... maybe caused by router error or........ another MTNL user might hav chged it, just for fun......
Also register a complain with MTNL...... maybe it can be at their end too....

Either username/password is wrong or their auth server/gateway is down. Contact exchange staff.

i m too facing such problem time to time seems like some problem at server end itself
