MTNL Disconnection at Every 12 Hours

U mean to say that u are not getting disconnected at 6/12 hourly intervals?

may be he doesnt use net for 6hr straight or has disconnection prob b4 it reaches 6hrs

i noticed that mine gets D/C a little after 6 am

are u on NU? have u scheduled ur modem/comp to reconnect little after 00:00 AM? may be thats why u get d/c as i have noticed disconnections every 6hrs. and confirmed it too by not disconnecting internet for 6hrs.

I found that even If I disable Ethernet just after 12 sec .MTNL considers one session for around 6:55 sec or 6:56 .Can anybody tell me why ?Also How can I match my PC clock with MTNL clock ?

Mtnl always implements crap policies, first it was port binding and now disconnections..............

Gets connected back again after 3 secs. This is BULLSHIT!!!!

We have always on unlimted connection, and i'm not going to tolerate this policy.

u r lucky, from 2-3days it disconnects every 2hrs for me!already reported here:[thread]29214[/thread] 6hr was still OK as it wud d/c u 2 times a day (approx 14hr period) but now 7 times a day is too much.
