MTNL DNS Problem - Charkop Exchange

Hi , Looks like MTNL mumbai has a DNS issue ... Sometimes the websites don't open at all .. have confirmed this with traceroute .. have also tried using OpenDNS but to no avail .. has anybody else from charkop faced this same problem ... i think the MTNL engineers dont have a clue whats going on ...

looks like ur post was lost too.i and my friend faced same problem yesterday (GRGN server). its not DNS issue, its somekind of routing issue. happened in evening too. and was discussed somewhere in this forum recently.
